Site Visit
We'll visit your site to discuss your needs in detail and provide the best course of action for completing your project.
Prep
We'll prep the area for paving, specific to your needs. This may include removing old existing asphalt or concrete, grating to achieve a proper slope for drainage, and repairing any necessary spots to provide a stable sub-base.
Pave
Once prep is completed, the paving starts. We'll begin by putting a layer of binder down on top of the sub-base to strengthen your surface. Then we'll add our new layer of asphalt on top of the binder to provide the smooth, comfortable surface you'll walk and drive on. Finally, we'll install butt joints where the new asphalt meets older pieces of pavement, to create a smooth transition between new and old.
Final Roll
When the paving is complete, it's time for the final roll. We'll roll the new asphalt to smooth any protruding pieces of pavement and get a finely smoothed surface, ready for public use!
