The Senior Project Manager would oversee the estimating/project management department and work with operations to provide technical expertise in all scopes of work needed to ensure jobs are measured, priced, and executed according to customer specs and within budget.
The Cost Analyst is responsible for performing and coordinating accounting duties within AMI. This position reports to the Controller, and utilizes complex problem-solving skills along with a technical knowledge of accounting processes. The Concrete Superintendent oversees and supervises personnel and activities associated with the concrete division of the company to meet production schedules and quality specifications, utilizing complex problem-solving skills along with strong client and colleague interaction skills. The Grading Foreman oversees and supervises personnel and activities associated with the base & stone division to meet company production schedules and quality specifications. The role is best suited for a team player who is action-oriented and can lead with a firm yet considerate disposition.
The Director of Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's human resource functions. These include but are not limited to: recruitment, employee retention, benefits, training/development, legal compliance/safety, policy enforcement, and implementing the company's overall HR goals and objectives.
